Monday, November 14th - Monday, December 13th - The TEN ATL jam session in East Atlanta is the place to be on Monday nights. The music goes from 9 until midnight and features a host of great jazz musicians in Atlanta. 495 Flat Shoals Ave SE, Atlanta
Wednesday, November 16th - Tonight is the final night of the Joe Gransden Jam Session at Venkman’s after more than six years. Come out for one final jam at this great venue! All musicians are welcome to sit in. 7PM to 9PM. 740 Ralph McGill Blvd. NE.
Also on Wednesday Gordon Vernick’s Quartet at the Red Light Cafe will perform before opening up the stage to a wide-range of jazz performers for the weekly jam session. The show begins at 8PM. 553-1 Amsterdam Ave NE, Atlanta.
Thursday, November 17th - The incredible Maria Schneider Orchestra will perform at Emory’s Schwartz Center for Performing Arts at 8PM. 1700 N. Decatur Rd.
